The Weeping Willow Series
Rob Jung was approached to create a large sculpture for a meditation garden for a local community group.
His overwhelming feeling was to sculpt a full size “angel” figure on a bench.
The metal sculpture is covered in weld “ bark”, which has become his signature style and not done by other artists.
He taught his twin son and daughter to weld and they each added texture to the bench.
The weeping Willow, was the first in a series of sculptures and all have the signature Weeping Willow Heart which can be found on them.
