Hands-On Learning & Creativity
The Youth Welding Program gives young people a safe, hands-on space to explore welding and metalworking. Students of all skill levels learn essential techniques while creating unique, personal projects. No experience is required — just curiosity and a willingness to learn!
About the Program
Our program focuses on practical skills, artistic expression, and confidence-building. Each student is encouraged to bring their ideas to life, with guidance and support every step of the way. Projects range from functional metalwork to creative art pieces, helping students explore both craftsmanship and creativity.
What Students Will Learn
- Welding and metalworking techniques
- Project planning and design
- Workshop safety and best practices
- Artistic expression through metal
- Problem-solving and creative thinking
Who Can Join
- Ages: 10-18
- Beginners and experienced students welcome
- Parental consent required for students under 16

- $40 per week (no student turned away due to financial barriers)
